1. About Type2Xpress

Type2Xpress is an online research panel operated for market, opinion, and social research purposes only. By accessing the Type2Xpress website, registering as a panel member, or participating in surveys, you agree to be bound by these Panel Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

These Terms incorporate by reference the Type2Xpress Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Eligibility and Registration

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register
• Only one account per individual is permitted
• Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date
• Accounts may not be transferred or shared

3. Nature of Participation

Participation in surveys is voluntary. You may choose whether or not to participate in any survey and may exit a survey at any time.

Survey availability, length, and qualification criteria are determined by research clients.

4. Quality, Integrity, and Acceptable Use

To maintain research integrity, you agree that you will:

• Provide truthful, thoughtful, and attentive responses
• Complete surveys yourself without assistance
• Decline participation where you have a conflict of interest

You agree you will not:

• Use bots, scripts, macros, browser automation, VPNs, or AI tools to complete surveys
• Attempt to manipulate survey logic, screeners, or outcomes
• Maintain multiple accounts or misrepresent your identity
• Speed through surveys or repeatedly fail attention checks
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior

5. Incentives

Incentives, where offered, are provided as a token of appreciation and are survey-specific. Incentive type, value, eligibility, and delivery method are determined by Type2Xpress or the research client.

Incentives may be withheld or reversed where a survey is invalidated due to quality, fraud, or eligibility issues.

6. Confidentiality

Survey materials, questions, stimuli, and communications are confidential. You must not copy, record, screenshot, share, or disclose survey content to any third party.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, survey materials, and panel communications are the intellectual property of Type2Xpress or its clients and licensors.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Type2Xpress may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• You violate these Terms or related policies
• Fraud, misuse, or quality concerns are identified
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

9. Limitation of Liability

Type2Xpress is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the panel.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
